360 ProGuard Mattress Deep Cleaning(both sides)
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (USCDC) mattresses in our homes can grow 100000-10000000 house dust mites. House dust mites are tiny creatures, about 0.2–0.3 mm long. They live off human skin scales and thrive in humid environments. Mites are found in bedding, carpets, soft furnishings and clothing. In people allergic to dust mite, it is often not the mite itself but proteins in their droppings which cause the allergy. Each mite produces about 20 of these waste droppings every day and the droppings continue to cause allergic symptoms even after the mite has died. House dust mite allergy is very common and is associated with asthma, eczema and allergic rhinitis. Dust mites breed best in warm and humid environments such as your bed and pillow. If you wake in the morning with red, itchy eyes, suffer from eczema, wheezing or asthma then you could have a dust mite allergy. We understand how a hygienic mattress can improve one’s life and health. That’s why we clean and disinfect BOTH sides of the mattress. Something our competitors rarely commit to. This keeps the mattress cleaner for longer. Because we use all-natural cleaning solvents in all our processes, there is no danger of noxious fumes or hazardous chemicals. Your mattress is safe for use the very same night. A mattress cleaning takes about an hour to dry so relax and enjoy almost right after you make the bed again. After a complete dry of the mattress, we ensure all remaining water is removed and apply a Scotchgard coat for extra protection or an anti-microbial layer to prevent any future stains and reduce the spread of germs and allergens.
Standard Operating Procedure(both sides):
1: HEPA vacuum the headboard and small areas
2: HEPA detail vacuum the mattress
3: Pre-clean: Apply enzyme cleaner on mattress and use hand brush to gently scrub the mattress
4: Steam cleaning (180°C dry steam) the mattress and headboard and bed frame
5: UVC disinfection. Ultraviolet C(254nm) is germicidal. Effective for all types of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi
6: Wet extraction
7: Mechanical blow dry
8: Final check and protection spray

360 ProGuard Upholstery/Rug/Carpet Deep Cleaning
For fabric cleaning of your furniture including sofa cleaning, recliner cleaning and fabric chair cleaning, we start with a thorough inspection for any stains and fabric requirements. Our organic solvents will lift dirt better than many harsh chemical alternatives on the market. As the solution soaks out the dirt and debris from the fibers, we employ wet extraction to deep clean the surface. After a complete dry of the fabric, we ensure all remaining water is removed and apply a Scotchgard coat for extra protection or an anti-microbial layer to prevent any future stains and reduce the spread of germs and allergens.
Standard Operating Procedure:
1: HEPA detail vacuum
2: Pre-clean: Apply organic solvents on fabric and use hand brush to gently scrub the surface. (For leather surface we would apply leather cleaner and conditioner to clean the leather surface)
3: Steam cleaning (180°C dry steam) all seams and hard to reach areas
4: UVC disinfection. Ultraviolet C(254nm) is germicidal. Effective for all types of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses and fungi
5: Wet extraction
